PKFARE Integration: Sell PKFARE Flights on Your Own Website

Connect your PKFARE buyer account to a booking site under your brand. Live fares from 600+ airlines, your markup on every ticket, and ticketing that runs without a human re-keying anything.

Airliner taxiing in front of an airport terminal

PKFARE is one of the largest B2B air-ticket aggregators in the world: content from more than 600 airlines across 100+ countries, full-service carriers and low-cost carriers, GDS and NDC in one feed, priced through a multi-supplier bidding mechanism that finds the lowest available fare. Agencies with a PKFARE buyer account get wholesale flight content that would take years of direct airline contracts to assemble.

Travora Hub connects PKFARE's Flight Buyer API to a flight search and checkout that runs under your brand. Customers search, pick a fare, enter passengers and pay. The platform re-prices the fare, creates the order, runs PKFARE's mandatory pre-payment check, issues the ticket from your prepaid balance and emails the e-ticket, all in the order and timing PKFARE requires.

Key features

  • 600+ Airlines, GDS and NDC

Full-service and low-cost carriers from more than 100 points of sale, aggregated by PKFARE and shown on your website as one clean search result.

  • Net Fares, Your Markup

PKFARE fares are net. Set a percentage or fixed margin per ticket; the customer sees your final price and the difference is your revenue.

  • The 30-Minute Chain, Handled

Pricing, booking, order pricing and ticketing each have time limits and must run in sequence. The platform enforces the sequence and the deadlines so tickets issue cleanly.

  • Fare Rules and Penalties Shown

Change and refund penalties are fetched with the fare and shown before payment, so the customer knows the rules and your team is not surprised later.

  • Ticket Issuance by Webhook

Ticket numbers arrive from PKFARE by push notification. Issued tickets email out automatically; rejected orders refund the customer without a support ticket.

  • Passenger and Passport Capture

Names in the format airlines accept, passenger types by age, and passport details collected when the route requires them, validated before payment.

How a PKFARE booking flows on your website

Search calls PKFARE's shopping endpoint and shows fares with your markup applied. When the customer selects a fare, the platform runs precise pricing to confirm the price and seat, fetches the fare rules, and asks the customer to accept if the price moved. Payment is taken through Stripe or Safepay with 3D Secure. Only then does the platform create the PKFARE order, run the order-pricing check that PKFARE requires before payment, and call ticketing against your prepaid deposit.

From there PKFARE issues tickets and pushes the ticket numbers to a webhook the platform hosts. The customer receives an e-ticket email with your branding; your dashboard shows the PNR, ticket numbers and status. If PKFARE rejects an order, the customer is refunded automatically and your operations inbox is notified.

Cancellations, voids and the things that go wrong

Unpaid orders can be cancelled instantly. Ticketed orders can be voided inside the airline's void window, which PKFARE reports with each ticket, and the platform respects it rather than guessing. Duplicate bookings are blocked client-side, the price-floor guard stops a mis-marked fare from selling below cost, and every supplier response is stored with the booking so a failed ticket can be diagnosed in seconds rather than by email.

PKFARE alongside your other flight and hotel content

PKFARE runs as its own flight vertical on your site, next to Duffel where you use it, and next to hotels from RateHawk, WebBeds, TBO, Hotelbeds and Billbed. Every booking, whichever supplier fulfilled it, lands in the same dashboard with the same customer record, so an Umrah package with PKFARE flights and Billbed hotels is one order to your team and one confirmation to the family.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Travora Hub affiliated with PKFARE?

No. Travora Hub is an independent platform that integrates PKFARE's official Flight Buyer API. PKFARE is a trademark of its owner. We are a technology partner to travel agencies, not to any single supplier.

Do I need my own PKFARE buyer account?

Yes. PKFARE issues a partner ID and key to registered travel businesses after you sign up for a buyer account, and tickets are paid from your prepaid deposit with PKFARE. We connect your credentials during setup.

Where is the PKFARE login?

On PKFARE's own website, pkfare.com. Travora Hub does not host or imitate the PKFARE portal; it connects to the API behind your branded booking site.

Is the integration live?

The integration is built against PKFARE's current API versions and verified end to end in PKFARE's sandbox, including ticket issuance and voids. It goes live on your own PKFARE buyer account once PKFARE activates it and the webhook is registered.

Can I sell low-cost carriers?

Yes. PKFARE aggregates more than 200 low-cost carriers alongside full-service airlines, and they appear in the same search results on your site.

What happens if a fare changes between search and payment?

The platform re-prices before payment. If the fare moved, the customer sees the new price and must accept it; nothing is charged at a price the customer did not see.
