Every Feature in Travora Hub, Explained in One Place
The complete, honest feature list — what each part of the platform does, who it's for, and how it earns its place on your website.
Feature lists on software websites tend to be marketing haze — "powerful tools", "seamless experience", nothing you could actually verify. This page is the opposite: a plain-language walkthrough of everything inside Travora Hub, organised the way an agency actually thinks about the work. Selling travel. Running the agency. Growing it. Every feature below ships on the platform today — nothing here is a roadmap item wearing a press release.
If you prefer to see it live, apply for a demo and click around a real deployment. But if you're comparing platforms and want to know exactly what you'd be getting, this is the reference page to read — and to hold us to.
Key features
Multi-Supplier Hotel Engine
Live rates and availability from RateHawk, WebBeds, TBO and Hotelbeds — over 2 million properties searchable from one storefront, with your markup applied to every rate.
Flights, Tours & Umrah Packages
Duffel-powered flight booking, Viator tours and experiences, and a dedicated Hajj & Umrah package builder with seat inventory and room-type pricing.
B2B Sub-Agent Network
Onboard sub-agents with their own logins, commission rates and white-labelled portals. Their bookings roll up to your account; their customers see their brand.
AI Travel Assistant
A chatbot on your website that answers customer questions, suggests trips and captures enquiries around the clock — in the customer's own language.
8 Languages with Full RTL
Serve customers in eight languages including right-to-left Arabic and Urdu — layouts, emails and booking flows included, not just translated labels.
Marketing & Content Tools
A deals manager, SEO-ready blog, newsletter campaigns and WhatsApp marketing — the tools that bring visitors in, built into the same dashboard.
Selling: what your customers see
The storefront is a complete booking website under your domain and brand. Customers search hotels by city or property name and filter by stars, price and amenities; rates come live from RateHawk, WebBeds, TBO and Hotelbeds at search time, with your markup already inside the price. Flights run through Duffel with live fares and instant ticketing. Tours and experiences come from Viator. Pilgrimage agencies get the Hajj & Umrah module: packages with itineraries, hotel tiers, per-room-type pricing and hard seat limits per departure.
Checkout takes cards through Stripe with 3D Secure in 120+ currencies, or Safepay for Pakistan-based agencies accepting PKR. Confirmation is instant: the booking is confirmed with the supplier, the branded PDF voucher generates itself, and the customer has it in their inbox before they've closed the tab. Every email and every voucher carries your agency's name and logo — nowhere does a customer see ours.
Running: what you see in the dashboard
Every booking lands in one dashboard with the customer's details, payment status and documents attached. You set markup rules per supplier or per product — percentage or fixed — and change them any time. Refunds, cancellations and special requests are handled from the same screen, so nobody is digging through inboxes to find out what was promised to whom.
The B2B layer lets you build a sub-agent network: each agent gets their own login and commission rate, and on higher plans their own white-labelled portal. Their bookings and margins are tracked separately, so you always know which agents produce and what you owe them. Team members get role-based access — the person updating blog posts doesn't need the keys to payment settings.
Growing: the tools that bring the next booking
A booking website with no visitors is a brochure. The platform ships the growth tools agencies actually use: a deals manager for promotional pricing with countdown urgency, a blog designed to rank on Google (with AI copywriting help when you're staring at a blank page), newsletter campaigns to your customer list, and WhatsApp marketing for the markets where WhatsApp is where business happens. All GDPR-aware, with proper consent handling.
And because it all runs on your own domain, every blog post that ranks and every backlink you earn compounds on an asset you own. That's the quiet, long-term feature most platforms can't give you: your marketing effort builds your equity, not a marketplace's.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is every feature included on every plan?
The core booking engine, dashboard and branding tools are on all plans. Custom domains, the B2B sub-agent network and some advanced marketing tools come with Professional and Enterprise tiers. The pricing section on our homepage shows the exact split.
Which suppliers does the platform integrate?
Hotels come from RateHawk, WebBeds, TBO and Hotelbeds. Flights run through Duffel. Tours and experiences come from Viator. Payments run through Stripe globally and Safepay for Pakistan. You can also list your own contracted hotels and packages alongside API inventory.
Can I use only part of the platform — say, hotels but not flights?
Yes. Every module can be switched on or off per site. Plenty of agencies launch with hotels and Umrah packages only, then enable flights and tours when they're ready.
How up to date is this feature list?
This page is maintained alongside the platform itself and describes what ships today. When we add something significant, it appears here — not before.
Where can I see these features working?
Apply from the homepage and we'll set up a demo so you can click through a live deployment — the same platform, real inventory, before you commit to anything.
