Travel Agency Software Pricing: What It Really Costs in 2026
Our plans in plain numbers, what is included in each, and how they compare with building a booking website yourself. No "contact sales to see the price".
Most software companies in travel hide their prices behind a demo call. We think that wastes your time. If you run an agency, you want to know two things quickly: what does it cost each month, and what do I get for that. So here it is.
Below you will find each plan, who it suits, the costs people forget to budget for (supplier deposits, payment fees, WhatsApp messaging), and an honest comparison with the other ways of getting a booking website.
Key features
Free Trial: $0 for 5 Days
The full platform with demo hotel inventory, your branding preview and the admin dashboard. No card needed. Good for seeing it before you decide.
Basic: $40 a Month
The hotel booking engine with one supplier of your choice, full white-label branding, blog and SEO pages, up to 500 bookings a month on a subdomain.
Professional: $120 a Month
Two hotel suppliers plus one flight supplier, Viator tours, the Hajj and Umrah module, AI assistant, 8 languages, custom domain with SSL, unlimited bookings.
On Demand: Custom Price
Every hotel supplier with one combined search, both flight providers, the B2B sub-agent network, MyFatoorah, custom features and a direct line to the developers.
No Per-Booking Fee
We do not take a cut of your sales. You set your own markup on every hotel, flight and tour, and the margin is yours.
Hosting and Updates Included
Servers, SSL, security patches and supplier API changes are part of the plan. There is no separate maintenance contract.
Which plan fits your agency?
Basic suits a small agency or a new online agency that mainly sells hotels and wants a proper booking website without a big commitment. One supplier is enough to start, and 500 bookings a month is more than most new agencies need in their first year.
Professional is for agencies that sell the whole trip. If your customers book a flight and a hotel together, or you run Umrah and Hajj packages, or you want your own domain instead of a subdomain, this is the plan. It is also where the AI assistant and the Arabic and Urdu right-to-left layouts come in.
On Demand is for consolidators and larger agencies: one search across RateHawk, WebBeds and Hotelbeds at the same time, a B2B portal for your sub-agents with their own commission rates, Gulf payments through MyFatoorah, and features built specifically for you.
The costs people forget to budget for
Supplier accounts. Most hotel and flight suppliers are free to join but some ask for a deposit or prepaid balance, especially flight consolidators. You pay the supplier the net rate for each booking and keep your markup.
Payment fees. Card gateways such as Stripe charge a percentage per transaction, set by the gateway and your country, not by us. Safepay and MyFatoorah have their own rates. Build this into your markup.
WhatsApp messaging. If you use the Travora Hub CRM on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta charges for some message types, mainly marketing templates and, from October 2026, some service messages. For most agencies it is a small monthly cost, but it is Meta's price, so check their current rate card for your country.
Your domain and marketing. A domain costs around $10 to $20 a year. Marketing is where your real budget should go, which is the whole point of not spending $30,000 on development.
Why we can charge $40 when custom builds cost $30,000
Because the expensive part is already done. Supplier integrations, payment handling, voucher generation, refunds when a supplier fails, multi-language layouts and security are built once and shared by every agency on the platform, while each agency's data stays completely separate. You are paying for a working product, not for a developer's time to recreate it.
That is also why the price includes updates. When a supplier changes its API, which happens more often than you would think, we update it once for everyone. On a custom build, that is a new invoice every time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does travel agency software cost?
It ranges widely. Website builders with booking widgets cost roughly $20 to $60 a month, white-label booking platforms like Travora Hub start at $40 a month, and custom-built travel portals usually cost $15,000 to $50,000 upfront plus maintenance.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, branding and connecting your suppliers are done by our team as part of onboarding, at no extra charge.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. We charge a flat monthly plan. You set your own markup on each booking and keep the whole margin.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free trial gives you the full platform for 5 days with demo hotel inventory. No card is needed.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Most agencies start on Basic or Professional and upgrade when they add flights, a custom domain or a sub-agent network. Your content and bookings move with you.
Is the WhatsApp CRM included?
Talk to us about the CRM when you apply: it runs as its own product at crm.travorahub.com and connects to your booking website. WhatsApp message charges from Meta are separate and paid to Meta.
How much does it cost to build a travel portal from scratch?
Custom travel portal development typically costs $15,000 to $50,000 and takes three to six months, before hosting, supplier certification and maintenance. That is the main reason agencies choose a ready platform.
