Travel Agency CRM Built Around WhatsApp, Where Your Customers Already Are
One shared inbox for your whole team, a booking assistant that answers with live prices, and a phone app that tells the right person when a customer is waiting. Connected to your Travora Hub booking website.
Most travel agencies already have a CRM. It just happens to be a phone. One WhatsApp number, passed between three or four people, with quotes living in screenshots and follow-ups living in someone's head. It works until the busy season, and then the gaps show: two staff answer the same customer with different prices, a hot lead waits five hours because the person with the phone was at lunch, and when a good agent leaves, their customer history leaves with them.
Generic CRMs do not fix this, because they were built for sales pipelines and email, not for a family asking about Umrah hotels at midnight in Arabic. We built the Travora Hub CRM for exactly that conversation. It lives at crm.travorahub.com as its own app, and it is connected to your Travora Hub booking website, so the CRM knows what you sell and at what price.
Key features
Shared Team Inbox
Every WhatsApp chat in one list, with filters for Unread, Mine, Unassigned, Waiting for a person, Needs reply and Bot. Search by name, number or message. Unread counts stay in sync on every device.
Assignment That Sorts Itself
Assign a chat to a colleague, or let the first person who replies or takes over claim it automatically. Nobody answers the same customer twice.
Notes and Quick Replies
Private internal notes on any chat that customers never see. Type "/" for saved answers your whole team shares: bank details, visa documents, office hours.
Live Quotes in the Chat
The booking assistant answers routine questions with real hotel, flight and Umrah package prices from your website, as cards that open the exact option ready to book.
Phone App With Push Alerts
Install it on Android or iPhone under your agency's own name and logo. Get notified for every message or only for chats waiting for a person. Assigned chats alert only their owner.
Roles, Google Sign-In, No Passwords
Admins manage everything; Agents handle the inbox. Staff sign in with Google, and removing someone takes effect on their very next click.
What a normal day looks like with the CRM
A customer messages at 1am: Makkah hotel, 5 nights, 2 adults and a child. The booking assistant asks the child's age, sends five hotels with photos and prices, and the customer narrows it to "with breakfast". They tap View & Book and finish on your website. Nobody on your team had to wake up.
At 9am another customer writes "I want to speak to someone about a group". They are marked as Waiting, and whoever is on shift gets a louder notification on their phone. Sara takes the chat, it is now assigned to her, and she leaves a note: "Group of 14, wants December, call after Asr". When she hands over to the evening shift, the note is sitting right there. Later, the customer sends a passport photo and Sara replies with the visa checklist from quick replies. The whole thread stays with the agency, not on anyone's personal phone.
Built for how travel agencies actually sell
Travel conversations have details that generic CRMs ignore. The assistant understands Arabic and English, Arabic-Indic digits, Hijri months like Ramadan, children's ages for hotel pricing and phrases like "the last ten nights". It knows what your website sells because it searches it directly: Makkah and Madinah hotels, hotels worldwide, flights and your published Umrah packages, each service switched on or off per agency.
The interface is in Arabic with a proper right-to-left layout, with English one tap away, and there is dark mode for the late shift. It works on a phone, an iPad or a desktop, and on a phone an open chat fills the screen like WhatsApp itself.
Connected to your booking website, not bolted on
This is the difference that matters most. A standalone CRM has no idea what a room in Makkah costs tonight. The Travora Hub CRM runs every search through your own Travora Hub website, with your suppliers, your markup and your currency rules, so the quote in the chat and the price at checkout are the same number. Every booking link points back to your site, where payment, confirmation emails and vouchers already work.
Each agency gets its own CRM workspace, named and branded from its website. Your chats, contacts and team are separate from every other agency on the platform, and staff can only get into the websites whose team they belong to.
Connecting your WhatsApp number
The CRM uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform only. If you already use the WhatsApp Business app, Meta's coexistence option links your existing number: you scan a QR code inside the app, keep using the phone as before, and the CRM can import up to six months of past chats and your phone contacts (Meta allows this within 24 hours of linking). Replies you send from the phone appear in the CRM thread and pause the assistant in that chat. Prefer a fresh start? Connect a new number with SMS or voice verification instead.
Our team handles this during onboarding, and the Connection page shows the status of each number in plain words, including Meta's quality rating and messaging limit, so you are never guessing whether WhatsApp is working.
Security and data ownership
Every incoming WhatsApp message is checked against Meta's signature before it is accepted, and duplicates are recognised and handled once. Each agency's data is isolated, and one agency can never send from another agency's number. Access tokens and PINs are encrypted at rest, and your WhatsApp token never reaches a staff member's browser. The conversations belong to your agency, and they stay with the agency when staff change.
What the CRM does not do yet
We would rather you hear this from us. Today the CRM does not send broadcast campaigns or WhatsApp message templates, which means you cannot start a new conversation with a customer after WhatsApp's 24-hour window closes. There are no tags, contact profiles or reports yet, customers complete payment on your website rather than inside the chat, and the assistant replies in Arabic and English (not Urdu). Templates, broadcasts, contact records and booking status beside each chat are on our roadmap, and this page will be updated when each one ships.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a travel agency CRM?
A travel agency CRM is software that keeps every customer conversation, enquiry and follow-up in one place so the whole team can see who asked for what and who is handling it. Because most travel enquiries now arrive on WhatsApp, the Travora Hub CRM is built around a shared WhatsApp inbox rather than email pipelines.
Where do I log in to the Travora Hub CRM?
At crm.travorahub.com. Type your agency's website address, then sign in with the Google account your admin added to the team. There are no separate passwords.
Can several staff use one WhatsApp number?
Yes. That is the core of it. Everyone on the team works from the same inbox on the same number, each reply is signed with the staff member's name, and chats can be assigned so two people never answer the same customer.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?
Yes, through Meta's official coexistence option. You link your existing number by scanning a QR code inside the WhatsApp Business app (version 2.24.17 or newer), keep using the phone, and messages from both places appear in the same thread.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. It works in any browser and installs as an app on Android and iPhone with push notifications and an unread badge. On iPhone, notifications work once the app is added to the home screen (iOS 16.4 or newer).
Does the CRM need a Travora Hub booking website?
The booking assistant does, because it searches your website for live prices and sends customers there to book. The inbox, assignment, notes and team features are built for agencies on the Travora Hub platform, and each agency gets its own workspace.
Is it the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. The CRM connects only through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, including the official coexistence flow for existing Business app numbers. It never uses unofficial WhatsApp Web connections.
Can I send broadcasts or marketing messages?
Not yet. Templates and broadcasts are on the roadmap. Today the CRM handles conversations your customers start, and replies within WhatsApp's 24-hour customer-service window.
How much does the CRM cost?
Ask us when you apply and we will quote it with your booking website plan. Separately, Meta charges for some WhatsApp message types, and those charges are paid to Meta.
